Over the last decade, Joey Hendrickson has been a touring artist,
audio engineer, and songwriter who has written music with
award winning composers and producers in some of the
most breathtaking music and film environments.
A 2014 graduate of Fisher Business School in marketing
and entrepreneurship, and recipient of the Herve Romain Award
for music enterprise, Joey is now researching and building solutions
for the changed music industry.

As an artist, Joey has performed over 1,000 shows in the United States. He has registered 150 works with BMI Music Group, shared stages with international acts like 21 Pilots, Maxwell Hughes (Lumineers), Josh Krajcik (The Voice), and Empires (David Letterman). As a recording artist, Joey has worked with grammy award winning producers, Felix Weber, Brian Lucey (Black Keys, Ray Lamontagne, Beck), and award-winning composer and arranger Christopher Tyng (Futurama, Suits, The OC).

Joey fuels his experiences into Columbus Songwriters Association, leading the vision, and directing daily operations. He works and advocates for the growth and development of the music community in Columbus through CSA projects, efforts like the Columbus Music Commission, and attracts music industry attention to Columbus through conferences like How To Build A Music City at SXSW, Music Cities Summit in Toronto, and the CSA Finale Showcase.
